Gansbaai is well known for its ethical shark cage diving and whale watching activities. Who hasn't wanted to gallop down a white beach and swim with a horse - you can do that near us too.

We will be happy to book any activity that you'd like to take part in. We are also happy to book and advise you on restaurant choices.

Walking
Guided nature walks may be booked from Whale Tale. It's the perfect way to get up close and personal with nature.

Shark cage diving
Gansbaai is world famous for shark cage diving and for seeing the Great White sharks. To better understand the plight of these amazing creatures a shark cage dive can be arranged.

Eating out
Gansbaai has an assortment of good restaurants and coffee shops.

Wine tours
There are a number of beautiful vineyards in the Overberg and the best way to experience them is on a hassle free wine tour.

Whale watching
Gansbaai and De Kelders provide some of the best land based whale watching (in season) but if you'd like to get a closer look we can arrange a whale watching trip for you.
